Faculty and staff share images of ancestors in new exhibit

Thirty William Mitchell faculty and staff are sharing images of their ancestors in a new photo exhibit on display Jan. 25-April 2, 2010 in the first-floor Gallery at the law school. Opening reception, Friday, Jan. 29, 5 pm, Gallery.

Retooling for the New Economy

Alumni and students can learn about emerging areas of law

As part of William Mitchell’s efforts to help alumni and students retool for the new economy, the law school is offering free CLEs for alumni and a for-credit course for students on emerging areas of law during spring semester.

David Kappos to speak on new vision for USPTO

Under Secretary of Commerce for Intellectual Property and Director of the United States Patent and Trade Office David Kappos will share his vision for improving the USPTO in a free, public speech at William Mitchell, 4:30 to 6 pm, Tuesday, April 6.
