Bridgid Dowdal

Assistant Dean for Career and Professional Development
Bridgid has extensive legal practice experience. She served as an assistant U.S. attorney, District of Minnesota, 1999-2003. She was a U.S. Department of Justice Honors Program trial attorney, 1995-99, and served as a law clerk to former Minnesota Supreme Court Justice Sandra Gardebring, 1994-95. From 2003 to 2006, she practiced with her father, a 1965 William Mitchell graduate, at Dowdal & Dowdal, in White Bear Lake, Minn. Bridgid is active in the profession. She is a member of the Washington County Criminal Defense Panel and the District of Minnesota Criminal Justice Act Panel. She holds memberships in the Minnesota State Bar Association, Washington County Bar Association, Minnesota Women Lawyers, and Minnesota Trial Lawyers Association

Bridget Kenadjian

Assistant Director
Bridget has worked with university students and alumni as an assistant dean, faculty member, career director and advisor for more than 20 years. She received her M.A. in Higher Education Administration and Career Counseling from Michigan State University and has served at numerous other colleges and universities, including the University of Minnesota and Marquette University.  

Sharon Goodyear

Assistant Director
Sharon worked as a career counselor with graduate students at the School of Public Health and the Carlson School of Management at the University of Minnesota before joining the staff of William Mitchell in 2005. She has over 15 years of experience, including work with international students and mid-career adults. She received her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from St. Mary’s University.

Jane Crow

Career Development Coordinator and Counselor
Jane has worked with students at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and Rice University. She received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
