We help students chart challenging career paths. From entry to graduation, we provide resources and pathways to opportunities that reflect what you are learning about yourself and the aspects of law that interest you.

We connect employers with talented William Mitchell students and alumni who can fulfill employment needs. We offer many ways to make these connections and expand relationships between students and employers.

We provide continuing services to alumni considering career or job transitions.

Our Services

Our staff combines extensive experience in the practice of law, career counseling, and employer relations. We provide counseling appointments, coaching in job search skills, programs, career development materials, job postings, and connections with alumni and employers.

Reciprocity Policy

If you are a student or graduate of another law school who wishes to obtain reciprocity at William Mitchell, you must contact your law school's career services office and ask that they send a letter to us, requesting reciprocity on your behalf.
