I have a large room available Feb 1 in a 2br/1 ba apartment for female. The apartment is located in the perfect area in between St Thomas & Macalester just one block off Summit/2 blocks off Grand. We are within walking distance to Whole Foods, Blue Door Pub, Grandview Theatre and tons of other restaurants & shops. There is on street parking available and we are within blocks from the express bus to downtown & tons of buses to Highland, UMN, uptown and both downtowns. The building is very quiet, so this is NOT a good apartment for loud people/partiers/large gatherings. Shared kitchen, bathroom, dining room, and living room. The apartment is carpeted, fully furnished (except your room) and has tons of storage space. There is coin op laundry in the basement as well. I love animals & have 2 cats--unfortunately we're maxed out on pets here, so there's really no room for any more (caged pets may be okay). I'm looking for someone clean, responsible, and considerate to share my space with. I wake up early in the mornings for work so lots of noise at night will not go over too well. I tend to go out on Saturdays, but I don't bring the party back home & I would need that in a roommate. NO drugs/indoor smokers/excessive drinkers, please. All utilities are included (this includes cable in your room & wifi). The lease term is through May 1 and then month to month after that with 31 days notice. Deposit is $200 & is refundable. About me, I'm a 25yr old female who works downtown Mpls. I am usually awake by 6 a.m. and get home around 6 p.m., so generally I come home, make dinner & veg out in in the living room and watch TV for a bit but then I try to go to bed fairly early. I also love reading, traveling when I can & exploring the cities.
