product in the death of a family member. Blanke noted that tobacco
litigation has changed in that jurors are no longer accepting the
defenses that have served the tobacco industry in the past.

William Bloyer, 1980 graduate of William Mitchell, was named Vice
President of Supply Chain of Golden Oval Eggs, LLC, a value-added
cooperative owned and directed by agricultural producers. Most
recently, Bloyer served as Vice President of Operations and Supply
Chain for the Bakery and Food Service Products Division of
International Multifoods.

Ron Frauenshuh, Sr., a 1964 graduate of William Mitchell, retires
after 41 years of law practice. Among his main areas of practice,
including civil liability and personal injury, Frauenshuh also
served as city attorney for the city of Paynesville for over 30
years.

Afsheen John Radsan, professor at William Mitchell, discusses the topic

resolution between education employees. VerPloeg teaches alternative

Lucinda Jesson, adjunct
professor at William Mitchell, comments on the newly created Health
Law Center at Hamline University School of Law. Jesson was named
director of the center, which will open this fall.
