Costs and Terms of Enrollment
Running from June to July with two-course three-week sessions, you can select to participate in either or both of the Edinburgh, Scotland or London sessions.
Grading, Coursework, and Credit
Credits awarded to each course are as noted next to each course title. Acceptance of any credit or grade is subject to determination by the student’s home school and is unlikely to accelerate graduation.
There will be one 2-hour written examination for each course in the London and Edinburgh course sessions. Student participants will be awarded a letter grade based on an A–F scale.

Note: Course fee covers materials, books, receptions, walking tours, cultural visits. Tuition and fees do not include housing, airfare, or transportation costs. Participants must make their own transportation arrangements. Those waiting on financial aid for tuition will not be assessed a late fee. Tuition refunds for those who withdraw from the program will be based on how long the participants were enrolled with no refunds for participants who have completed at least 60 percent of the program.
Housing
Students can choose to arrange their own housing or register for housing when they register for courses. Registration materials are available online through William Mitchell.
Edinburgh Course Session
Housing can be arranged for students during their stay in Edinburgh, Scotland. Single rooms with shared facilities are available at Pollock Halls of Residence through Edinburgh First at The University of Edinburgh. The rate covers 2 p.m. check-in on Saturday at the Kenneth McKenize (for two nights) and Pollock Halls (for the remainder) and check-out by 10:30 a.m. the Saturday of departure. It also includes a daily Scottish breakfast.
Pollock Halls of Residence, composed of several buildings, is the main residence complex at the university. All rooms have telephones and computer connections. The complex also includes on-site squash courts, a shop, a bar, and a small library.

London Course Session
Housing can be arranged for students during their stay in London. Students taking the two-course session can stay in fully furnished, multi-bedroom flats through Acorn Group. Housing accommodations are booked only for the period the participants are enrolled in classes. The weekly rate includes checking in after 2 p.m. on the Saturday of arrival and checking out before 10 a.m. the Saturday of departure.
Each flat has one or two bedrooms (double- or tripple-bedded), a kitchen, one or two bathrooms, and a living room with a TV and telephones for incoming calls or, with the purchase of a calling card, outgoing calls. All rooms are non-smoking.

Note: All fees are due to William Mitchell by April 18, 2008. Rates are estimated based on currency exchange rates. Refunds will not be given if you cancel after May 2, 2008. If you cancel prior to May 2, 2008 you will be refunded 80 percent of your housing fee. Participants will be billed by William Mitchell for housing, tuition, and fees at the same time.
Airfare/Transportation
Airfare and transportation to, from, and while in Scotland or England is not included in the costs of the program. Participants are required to make their own transportation arrangements.
