Woodley, the North Carolina case that utilized a civil cause of action to rescue over 350 dogs from a severe breeder-hoarder facility.
Almost anyone who wants to be involved in animal law can do so. This session will summarize the varied practices of a number of animal law practitioners, detailing how they got started and how they developed their caseloads. Ideas will be provided for individuals desiring to work in the field.
