Philosophy of Law Club

The Philosophy of Law Club is a recreational organization designed to facilitate interest in philosophical issues related to the law. Our aim is to further our understanding of modern jurisprudence, and to carry this insight into both our studies and our careers. As an organization, we occasionally host casual discussion events at local restaurants/bars. We will provide relevant articles and information beforehand, but no reading or preparation is required to attend. We simply want to create a fun, relaxed environment to examine issues not commonly addressed in the classroom. In addition to these meetings, there will be one or two PLP´s throughout the school year. If you would like to be added to the member list, simply send an e-mail to any of the club´s administrators. Once again, membership does not demand anything from you, but could potentially be a fun and informative diversion from the normal grind of coursework. Let us hear from you today!
