Elder Law and Estate Planning Society

The William Mitchell Elder Law & Estate Planning Society seeks to develop student awareness and interest in elder law and estate planning as well as promote these areas as substantive and necessary focuses in the practice of law. This promotion takes place through activities centered on member-education and public awareness.
