Civil and Human Rights Legal Society

Founded in 2005, the Civil and Human Rights Legal Society (CHRLS) was established to inform the William Mitchell community, as well as the general public, about civil and human rights issues throughout the United States and the world. CHRLS also intends to do the following: give a voice to those persons actually involved in the struggle for civil and human rights, as well as disseminate information, provide a route/forum to get involved, and highlight developments in civil and human rights (both international and domestic issues).

CHRLS will provide academic, cultural, social and career support via monthly meetings, social events, awareness rallies, speakers, discussion groups, videos, and visits from local, national and international jurists.
