Ingrid Bjorklund ’05

Ingrid Bjorklund has over ten years of experience in energy policy and regulation and currently works for the Minnesota Public Utilities Commission. Previously, Ingrid worked as an executive and attorney for a wind developer and as an attorney at Lindquist & Vennum, where she represented energy clients in the electric energy and biofuel industries. Her extensive government relations experience includes lobbying on a wide range of energy issues at the Minnesota State Capitol.
Ingrid is the Vice Chair of the Minnesota State Bar Association’s Public Utilities Law Section and serves on the Second District Ethics Committee. She is a graduate from William Mitchell College of Law and served on the William Mitchell Law Review. She also holds an M.A. in environmental resource policy from The George Washington University and a B.A. from St. Catherine University.
