Justin Kwong is an unemployment law judge at the Minnesota Department of Employment and Economic Development. He attended Carleton College in Northfield, Minnesota (class of 2003) and graduated from William Mitchell College of Law in 2009. Justin helped develop William Mitchell’s Online Games and Virtual Law Seminar with Professor Christina Kunz in 2009 and has taught the course since the spring of 2010. He has presented several CLEs on internet and social media law and writes a blog ( http://virtualnavigator.wordpress.com/) on legal issues pertaining to online worlds and social networks. He also co-teaches the Legal Planning Clinic for Low Income Clients and Tax-Exempt Organizations.
