Nancy Miller-Levin is an experienced labor and employment law practice attorney, whose practice has included federal jury trials, labor arbitrations, charges and hearings in National Labor Relations Board proceedings, a civil service hearing on behalf of a police chief, and work with a team of attorneys on a class action gender discrimination action. She spent four years with Gray Plant and eleven years at the Minneapolis firm of Miller-O´Brien. She is active in the MSBA´s Labor & Employment Law section and the Minnesota Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association.
A 1989 graduate of Northeastern School of Law, she is a frequent presenter on employment law topics at CLEs and professional conferences.
