Pamela J. Waggoner established her law practice in 1993 and has practiced exclusively in the area of Family Law since 1995. She has appeared in Family Courts throughout Minnesota, in the Minnesota Court of Appeals, Federal District Court, and the Eight Circuit Court of Appeals. In addition to her traditional legal training, Ms. Waggoner is trained in mediation and collaborative law. Ms. Waggoner is active in the Family Law Sections of county and state bar associations, and was the Vice Chair for Legislation of the Minnesota State Bar Association from 2005 to 2007. Ms. Waggoner is a frequent presenter of family law related continuing legal education courses and volunteers with organizations providing legal services to low income individuals. Ms. Waggoner has been recognized as a "Super Lawyer" - one of the top 5% of the attorneys in the state of Minnesota - every year since 2003.
