Bill Klein is a shareholder of Gray Plant Mooty, located in its Minneapolis office, and presently serves on its Board of Directors as its Treasurer. His practice concentrates on business and tax law issues, especially those involving closely-held businesses (S and C corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies) and their owners. He is an active member of the S Corporations Committee of the ABA Tax Section, where he serves as Chair of its Subcommittee on Revenue Rulings. He served as Chair of the Tax Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association during 2002-03 and on the section´s governing council from 2000-2006. He also chairs the Partnerships, Limited Partnerships, and Limited Liability Companies Committee of the Minnesota State Bar Association´s Business Law Section.
