Steve Silverman has been a solo practitioner since 2002, concentrating in small business matters, drafting "End of Life" documents, general civil litigation, and establishing a thriving mediation and arbitration practice.

Previously, he was an insurance defense attorney for two substantial automobile insurers and a private law firm, handling the defense of personal injury and wrongful death cases, declaratory judgment actions and no fault insurance matters. Preceding that work, Silveran was an Assistant City Attorney in Minneapolis.

He graduated Washington University School of Law in St. Louis.
