David Koob is currently a litigation attorney at Caplan Law Firm, where he practices exclusively criminal defense law. Prior to joining Caplan Law Firm, David worked in the Minnesota Attorney General’s Office from 2006-10 representing various State agencies in alcohol and gambling enforcement matters. From 2000-05, David was an associate at Robins, Kaplan, Miller & Ciresi, LLP, litigating cases in various areas of civil litigation, including medical negligence, products liability and personal injury. David received his J.D. from the University of Minnesota Law School in 1998 and his B.A. from California Polytechnic State University in 1995. David has been an adjunct professor at William Mitchell since 2003.
