Robert Tennant´s practice has consisted of civil trial litigation focused primarily on insurance defense cases, personal injury, wrongful death, sexual communicable diseases, civil rape, medical malpractice, and employment law. He also practices in the areas of contract, family law, general business practice, mediation and arbitration.

He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and Creighton University School of Law.
