Joan Humes

Prior to joining United Health Group in 2006, Joan Humes was the Civil Chief for the U.S. Attorney´s Office for the District of Minnesota. She previously served as a law clerk under Honorable James M. Rosenbaum in the U.S. District Court. She teaches Pretrial Litigation.

She has served on the executive council of the public law section of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the board of directors for Minnesota Women Lawyers. In 2005 she was honored with the Minnesota State Bar Association´s Public Attorney Award of Excellence.
