Judge Dietzen has served on the Minnesota Court of Appeals since 2004. Prior to being appointed to the bench, he practiced with Larkin Hoffman Daly & Lindgren, specializing in complex commercial litigation with an emphasis on real estate litigation and valuation disputes.
