Lori L. Guzman is the founder of Guzman Law Firm, which provides legal services to persons with disabilities, seniors and their families.
Guzman began her law practice as an associate attorney with an elder law firm and developed practice skills in the areas of taxation, elder law, estate, disability and Medical Assistance planning, probate and trust administration and probate and disability-related litigation. In 1999, she founded her own firm.
Guzman has served as chair of the Governing Council for the Minnesota State Bar Association Elder Law Section, the Minnesota Department of Human Services Citizens´ Medicaid Advisory Committee, and the Board of Directors of Arc Minnesota and PACER Center.
She is a graduate of William Mitchell and the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul.
