Thomas Kieselbach is a shareholder at Cousineau McGuire Chartered. He specializes in insurance defense and workers’ compensation. Kieselbach is a frequent lecturer and author of numerous chapters and articles on workers´ compensation. He is a Fellow at the College of Workers’ Compensation Lawyers, Inaugural Class, 2007, and is also a member of Larson’s National Workers’ Compensation Advisory Board.
