The Hon. Margaret Marrinan has ben a judge for the Second Judicial District since 1984. Prior to joining the Bench Marrinan was an Assistant Ramsey County Attorney. She also worked as an associate with Jardine, Logan & O’Brien.

She is a graduate of the College of St. Catherine and the University of Minnesota Law School.
