A 1975 William Mitchell graduate, Larry Peterson co-founded Peterson, Logren & Kilbury in 1983. Prior to founding the firm, he was a partner with Fitch & Johnson, a premier workers´ compensation defense firm. Licensed in Minnesota and Wisconsin, Peterson has argued cases before the Minnesota Supreme Court and the 7th and 8th Circuit Courts of Appeal. He is certified as an arbitrator and mediator in the Minnesota district courts, the National Center for Dispute Services, and the Union-Construction Workers’ Compensation Alternative Dispute Program. He represents employers in all forms of employment-related disputes and issues as an owner and manager of a risk management company which assists employers in processing disability-related claims.
He is a graduate of the University of Minnesota and William Mitchell and has taught the Workers’ Compensation course for over 15 years.
