He has 26 years experience serving people harmed by medical malpractice, automobile negligence and defective medical products. He has tried over 75 jury trials to verdicts and has negotiated several multi-million dollar settlements. His settlements are regularly listed in the "Top 10 Personal Injury Settlements" as identified by Minnesota "Law & Politics."

He is a Civil Trial Specialist certified by the Civil Litigation Section of the Minnesota State Bar Association and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and is listed in "The Best Lawyers in America."

He has taught medical malpractive as an Adjunct Professor at William Mitchell since 1998.
