Rita Kenyon has been a full-time faculty member of Concordia University St. Paul for about 6-1/2 years and taught as part of the adjunct faculty for a few years prior to that. She is also an adjunct faculty member at William Mitchell College of Law. With a B.A. degree in psychology and an industrial relations certificate from the University of Minnesota and a J.D. from William Mitchell College of Law, she has spent most of her professional career in human resource management positions.Kenyon spent about 10 years in the printing and publishing business at The Webb Company in St. Paul; then went to the non-profit arena where she was V.P. of Human Resources at Hazelden Foundation in Center City, Minnesota for another 10 years. She then joined the American Red Cross, North Central Blood Services in St. Paul for the 6 years prior to joining Concordia full-time.
