Catherine McEnroe is a shareholder with Leonard, Street and Deinard focusing her practice on securities law, business torts, ERISA litigation, and shareholder disputes. She has been a member of the litigation teams for Microsoft Corporation, Piper Jaffray, Burger King, and Edina Realty. She defended officers and directors of Summit Medical Corporation and Photran Corporation in large securities class-action litigation which also involved corresponding SEC investigations and disciplinary proceedings.

She has served on the board of directors for the Minnesota Chapter of the Federal Bar Association and on the executive committee as Vice President of Monthly Meetings.

McEnroe graduated from the University of Minnesota and William Mitchell where she was on the staff of the Law Review. She also was a judicial clerk for the Hon. James M. Rosenbaum, U.S. District Court, District of Minnesota.
