Transactional Practice Skills
Many lawyers assist clients by planning, negotiating, and documenting transactions. Your instruction in these skills begins your first year in the Writing & Representation: Advice & Persuasion course, where you research, negotiate, and draft a contract. You may then hone and expand your transactional skills through these elective courses.
