In general, first-year students are not eligible to compete but may participate in try-outs during the spring semester of their first year for full participation during the following school year.
Students may register for competition credits during the semester in which they are doing the work or within one semester of completing the competition.
Students may earn one to four pass/fail credits for participation in a competition. Students usually are limited to one competition per semester; exceptions are at the discretion of the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs/Faculty.
