I came to Mitchell straight out of my undergrad program in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, and had this cutthroat image of people in law school. But everyone here, from the faculty to students, is so supportive.

My parents and I visited the school on our own before I enrolled, and a student studying for the bar noticed that we looked lost, so he came over to talk to us. His friendliness gave me a positive impression of the school right away.

The fact that the faculty offices are in the same building as the classrooms speaks volumes about their priorities. It's not uncommon to see faculty in the cafeteria and talk with them. They always make time for students and encourage them to stop by their offices. This shows their commitment to the students and helps make Mitchell a nurturing learning environment.
