In addition to her work as a corporate lawyer, both in law firm and in-house practice, Professor Vo spent over six years in business leadership roles. Her focus has been on corporate governance, securities, corporations, partnerships and joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and banking and finance.
William Mitchell Business Law Society advisor; pro bono and other volunteer work for numerous community service organizations, including the Domestic Abuse Project, Habitat for Humanity, Girls Club, and Chua Phat An Vietnamese Language School.
