Teaches:
“As the longest-serving member of the William Mitchell faculty and undisputed Faculty Curmudgeon, I reject 'modern' approaches to teaching that employ technological gimmicks, not for their pedagogical value, but because they are available. In courses that I teach, students - even those of modest ability - who do the hard, sometimes mundane, work of briefing cases, taking notes, outlining the material, and studying almost always succeed. Others do not.”
