Curriculum
William Mitchell has one of the broadest arrays of course offerings in
the country, with more than 100 courses to choose from. You’ll take foundation
courses, like Civil Procedure, and skills courses, like Writing and Representation,
and you’ll also have your choice of a wide range of specialized,
small-enrollment courses. You can take courses in focus areas such
as intellectual property, business, taxation, family law,
international and comparative law, and criminal law, just to name a
few.
